  And this is only because i had amazing help from Karin, who works in the pets department and cosmetics. She went above and beyond, very helpful. Otherwise i would have given this store a one. They lack customer service and its not just the associates, management is atrocious for customer service. Thank you karin.

  Of the three locations, this one is probably the tops. Stock is always refreshed. Prices are consistent with the registers. And the staff... Well. The staff was nice, today. Although, the fella who rang my mother through, treated her poorly. Par for the course, I suppose.

  Just got back from Wal-Mart now, went to electronics and needed something out of the locked case. Went to the till and there was an employee talking on a cell phone and playing with a cell phone in the other hand. He glanced over at me once but made no effort to acknowledge me. Another lady was also waiting in line with baby and he also made no effort to acknowledge us. After 5 min of waiting , I walked up to him and he just looked down at the cell phone in his hand and continued talking on the other cellphone. He was talking a forgien language and on a cellphone so clearly it was a personal call. I firmly said " I need some help " and his response was " Your gonna have to wait for someone else". No offer to page someone or ask what I needed. Finally another employee came and and was able to help me. At the till the lady with the baby still needed help and the helpful employee looked at the guy on the phone and he just turned around and ignored him. Normally I enjoy going to Walmart but the electronics department has to work on their customer service
