  The only good thing about this company is that they could come right away, but I assume that is because they are not in high demand (based on others with bad experiences that we have talked to.) They did the job but charged twice as much as they said. They said they would look into the bill but never did. Finally had to go to the shop to discuss bill which they lowered by a bit, but not to quoted price. Quote was verbal, not on paper. Would not use again unless we were desperate.

  Home depot sells same 6/3 wire for $3.90 a meter... Aim sells for $4.10 a foot....

  I had my hot tub wired. Very professional! It was done in timely matter and exactly what I was quoted. Electrician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, Gave great input on to the maintenance of my tub.

  I went to AIM electric to find screws for an obsolete electrical item. I had great service from a very knowledgeable sales person and great help. In the end, I was not even charged for the replacement screws I needed.

  In Jan of 2011, on of our circuits fried out. We called Aim and they sent someone over the next day. The technicians were polite, and found the problem quickly (a connection that had not been in a junction box and had fried out). They installed a junction box and everything worked fine . . . until September. We had another electrician who had come out to do some other wiring for us so we asked him to find the problem. He did. The connection in the junction box had fried out because Aim had used copper marrettes on our aluminum wiring. I contacted Aim and sent them all the information they asked for; they said they'd take a look at it. No response. I contacted them again a few weeks later. Nobody got back to me. Maybe this just fell through the cracks.
