  Downhill spiral of unreliability : false info about other Saskatoon stores, no feedback as promised, pathetic excuses, dishonest statements....anticipation of purchase ruined, sold to someone else without notifying me.

  Terrible customer service. The owner, Chris, conveyed that he did not care about his customer and the product that they received (that was an incorrect order). Very rude. Usually I do not post negative reviews as I understand that mistakes happen and people have bad days, however I feel this experience warrants a Google review. Will not recommend this store to anyone. Be aware that when ordering from them, that they do not care about you, and have the gall to say this to your face!

  I had a great experience here! The staff was extremely accomodating. They helped me pick out a couch perfect for my living room. They went above and beyond with their service and I am super happy. I will definitely be going back in the future.

  The store has a good selection and they had the sectional we wanted but needed to get a custom order. The store made a mistake in ordering the orientation we wanted. Which meant we had to wait double the time for the sectional to arrive. Kristy thank-you for helping clear this up, looking forward to delivery Tuesday.

  My most terrible experience ever (at 1:30pm on November 18, 2017)! This is my first time writing a bad review, but I feel it really behooves me to do that. They are rude and very dishonest. After browsing and talking to a sales person, we (my wife and I and two little kids) were about to purchase a set of sofa and love seat, which was on Black Friday sale, but when the sales person wanted to place the order in the computer, she said the price is actually ~30 more. When we asked for clarification, they became rude and made up an odd excuse for the price difference. Then they said they could sell the floor model with the sale price, if we want. Because my wife liked the set, we ignored their rude behavior and said fine and we would buy the floor model. We asked if they could check and make sure if the floor model was ok (with no stain or something), and then quite surprisingly, the sales person became mad, and asked ourselves to go and check it out carefully because we may lie later. At that point, we said we were not comfortable buying anything in that store and we left. I will try to report this behaviour to the management of this store in Saskatoon and possibly higher.

  When I consulted other furniture stores, they were quite familiar with the deteriorating service at FW.
