  Very poor went today with my husband to buy a desk searched the store to find one person working the floor which he was busy we waited and sat in the computer chairs by the desk for over 30 minutes waiting for someone. After standing by the employee for 10 minutes already without him asking if we needed assistance with anything. Then when someone finally came to help us get the desk we wanted to purchase he would not stop trying to sell protection policies after already telling him no. We were in the store for over an HOUR just to buy a god damn desk. Very very very poor customer service

  I've been shopping at this store for many years, and for the most part they were good. My 2 biggest disappointments were when returning staff and purchasing open box items. Through my work we often purchase multitudes of one item for my work, and don't always keep all the boxes on hand. I had a printer that was having connectivity issues. When I went to exchange it the manager went as far as to check the serial number on the box and because it did not match the one I was trying to exchange would not exchange it although we purchased 3 identical printers at the same time. Yesterday I purchase a mouse from the store. When I got home I did not see the typical shrink wrap I was expecting. To my surprise the mouse had marks from what appears to be years of wear and damage to it.
