Then they tried to tell me how great of a deal I was getting. The next day the piece I bought was further on sale and I had to spend time again going in to get things right, then it went on flash sale two weeks later. Then I had to get service work done because the piece had a deformed cushion when I received it.

The only reason I made a second purchase was because I had in store credit from a warranty (that I paid extra to get). The sales manager would tell you nothing about the actual construction or quality of the furniture, only if they had sold it before. Any question about warranty, or the Brick stepping up to make things right was met by "well I wish I could but that's, policy, not that I agree with it". Would not lift a finger to create a customer, doesn't agree with the store, only there to make the sale.

The Brick knows how to create sales but not customers.

Good selection and pricing. Quality of furniture will depend on how much you are willing to spend. Good extended warranty coverage.

We really enjoyed our time at the brick we were just there Saturday afternoon from about 5:30 to about 6:30 or so we are looking for something for the front entrance ....a cabinet and a mirror and we realized that we can take a mirror that's on a dresser and use it as a wall mirror... they had a good selection... what surprised me was that there were very few people there and actually none of the sales people were hounding us or bothering us in any way... finally when we were coming close to making a decision a sales person came around and we talked about different options and he was really quite helpful and finally I asked for a discount and he was able to give me a 20% discount on the mirror that we bought which was really wonderful and it was the best mirror we saw all day...we had been to HomeSense Walmart Canadian Tire Home Depot you name it but we couldn't find a really large mirror that was good quality but we have to go pick it up on Wednesday. Overall the service was fast friendly courteous and not overbearing ...I would certainly go back there again ...I love their sofas with the power reclining... I think that looks really interesting ...anyhow I'm really happy with the service and I would definitely return.

I once had a business law professor say "Warranty does not exist to protect the customer. It exists to keep the customer coming back" I know that all too well now.

sales manager is not a straightforward person. prices in store are very high. he tried to convince me that he will give discount while the prices online are the same as the discounted price he gave me.

Our sales person (Patricia) was really nice and easy to get along with. The manager (Frank) was quite busy that day, but always had time to come by and answer a couple of tough questions. This sales team is the main reason why we bought our appliances at the Brick. We seen the exact same appliances at other stores for the same prices. Everyone price matches nowadays. But my wife looked at me and said "she's nice, I like her (Patricia). That's what sealed the deal.
