  9Round provides an amazing service to reach any and all fitness goals. They provide an efficient workout, quick results, and I am motivated to come back everyday. It is incredibly easy to fit into a busy life: only 30 minutes for a challenging full body workout that changes everyday! Lastly, not only are the trainers there to constantly give positive feedback and direction, to modify work-outs to suit individual needs, and to motivate you to reach your goals but they also know each patron by name and genuinely care about each member's progress. Couldn't be happier to be a part of the team!

  I've noticed great results, too; I'm more able at my recreational sport, and those niggling old injuries are held at bay because I'm keeping everything strong.

  I tried 9round for the first time in November 2017 and I signed up immediately. When I enter 9round I feel motivated, strong and part of a family. The staff know my name and I’m not just a swipe of a membership card. The knowledgeable staff, great workouts and positive atmosphere keep me coming back for more. Keep it up 9round!

  In just half an hour, I get a great all-around workout. Trainers make helpful suggestions, and are always friendly.

  I went and checked out 9 round for the free 30 minute trial, to start was not feeling the greatest when I went so I didn't get to work out to hard but a few days later I was definitely feeling the half an hour workout, Austin was the trainer at that time and he was very friendly and helpful and kept me motivated after wanting to quit in the first round very happy definitely would like to check it out again when feeling better.

  Cancelled my membership at Motion Fitness and after trying out 9Round. Signed up and it was absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made. My biggest regret is not having signed up earlier. The staff are very friendly and personable, and they always take time to show you the new work outs and help push you to strive for success! Place is very clean, and you feel like you’re a part of a community.
