  Nice gym, could improve on the layout of machines. Like placing machines by body group. Also, some machines go broken without getting fixed for weeks. I.e. the stair climber and glute pushback. Lastly, do not go for the complimentary personal training session when you first sign up, you'll get pressured into buying training sessions.

  Can I give less than 1. Terrible customer service... policies are strictly one sided benefiting only the company. From a 3 year loyal customer. I’m disgusted by the way they treat there customers. Go to GoodLife.

  It can get pretty busy here at times, but so does every other gym. The staff could be a little friendlier... some of them just stare at you when you walk in without saying hello, which could be a bit intimidating if you're new. Other than that, the facility is great, and the steam shower is a bonus!

  Great place, lots of equipment and space. Peak times are packed. The parking lot is a very good indicator of how busy the gym is, and the parking lot is huge. Classes are really good too. Facility is clean, TVs work. Water and clean towels are easily accessible. Options for shakes are good too!

  I have had a terrible experience with Motion Fitness and their customer service. It seems that this won't be the first or last, post on this very same issue. I was a longtime and loyal member to Motion Fitness when I needed to cancel my membership due to a move. Months later I recognized they were still charging me. I had followed up with Motion Fitness and they stated that I had no proof of cancellation. Due to the staff at the front desk not being trained/educated on how to cancel my membership correctly, I am now left with the bill and no assistance from management to help in this situation. This was disappointing and to know from the top down, this company and how they treat their customers is a let down.
