    Shelley and her team of professions provide exemplary service on a personal level. I have never before participated in a fitness program that I have "loved" to come to. They challenge me and encourage me. Because of them I am able to play with grandchildren and enjoy wonderful activities. Highly recommend.

    I have worked with Shelley from ProActive Fitness and I find her very approachable and accommodating. She definitely makes you feel at ease! I would highly recommend the services of her and her team. They also have a great weekly newsletter to keep you healthy!

    ProActive Fitness was very helpful when I attended their sessions. Shelley Turk took me and showed me around the building to begin with. The sessions were designed for 6 people in a class, so that there is more one on one consultation. The classes are designed for older people who have problems moving their bodies. There are many modifications to the workout so that you can still workout and get benefits from it. I would recommend ProActive Fitness for you and your body!
