    Couldn't ask for better educated coaches! A massive facility with so many different athletic options. So much more than crossfit!

    I've been at Synergy for nearly a decade. The community is great and many of our closest friends we met here. Chad does a great job at making fitness fun and effective.

    It's a great place to work out the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly and work out plans almost never repeat, it's is quite expensive tho.
