    Absolutely horrendous Customer Service, could not believe the cashiers behaviour at the Customer Service desk. Laughed in my face and ridiculed my name in front of my two young children, she even had the audacity to accuse me of making it up because the name Smith is so common. Can't believe that an employee can behave in this way and still have a job. Some serious retraining is required. Disgraceful.
