  Had my exam with Dr Chad Patterson. He was very thorough and answered my questions in a way that I could understand. There was a change in my prescription so I look forward to my new glasses.

  Excellent experience. The exam was thorough and they answered all my questions. The doctors are even taking the time to arrange an ophthalmologist appointment for me back home in Edmonton.

  Dr Anna Matiko was very proficient and made me feel at ease. I haven't had an eye exam for a very long time, so that was great! She took the time to answer my questions and overall I really appreciated my time there. Thanks for referring me onto a specialist for the redness in my one eye!

  I found both optometrists to be very cold and disinterested. After my first eye exam, I felt that I was not sure about the prescription because it seemed the optometrist was just going through the motions of doing an exam and wanted to get through her day. As a result, I did not feel very confident in her prescription. I requested a recheck on the prescription and found the other optometrist equally cold and impersonal. This was odd because Costco invests a lot in customer service and relations. However, I will go to another optometrist for my next check up.

  She was very friendly, polite, professional and as thorough as any one could be. She appeared very respectful of my age; explaining the effects on my eyes as they've aged to this point and what one may expect going forward. All questions were answered. I wish all service industry people could be as considerate as Dr. Anna Matiko.
