  When I called back to make an appointment with my actual doctor and inquire about why I didn't get to see the doctor I had waited 1.5 months to see, they informed me that they are a teaching clinic so if they have a student in that day (which they usually do) that I would see the student, not the doctor. So it was a possibility I will never get to see my doctor.

  so I made an appointment with just whoever. Went for the appointment, she was a good doctor and all but I wanted to see my doc. So she made me an appointment. Today is the day of the appointment and I can't for the life of me remember what time it is. So I called right at 9 when the clinic opened. I waited for 20 minutes, no one even answered the phone. So I called a different line and told them no one was answering the phone, they were annoyed I was calling them so she just put me back through to a number that wasn't answering the phone. Another 20 minutes goes by, and nothing. So I call the other line back, leave a message for someone to call and no one calls. So I call that number back again, she tells me there's nothing she can do. I ask her to pass my info along so they can call me and she agrees. But, you guessed it, no one called me. So I called the clinic again and FINALLY SOMEONE ANSWERED!! It is now 10 am. She informs me that my appointment with my doctor is at 10:15. Well, I take the bus, so I will be late. She tells me if I'm later than 10:15 the doctor won't see me. What?? So I t lol her then to tell my doctor she won't have an appointment today because the reception can't answer their phones. And she tells me JUST THEN that my doctor isn't even in that day!!! So I would have hopped on a bus, in the cold, being sick, to show up for my appointment late because they can't answer their phone, only to be told o have to just go home because my doctor isn't in that day and they can't be bothered to call the patients..... I am beyond frustrated with this clinic. My doctor is THE BEST doctor I have ever seen in my life and she's always sabotaged by crap reception. Canadian health care, ladies and gentlemen.

  My doctor transferred here from another clinic. I was seen by another doctor who was very pleasant and I liked dealing with her and she was very helpful. I'm trying to call back again and book a checkup but unfortunately there's no answering machine as this would be very convenient for me but I understand they would likely have a lot of messages if they had a machine, hoping I can get ahold of someone tomorrow.

  The staf is good and cooperative . Nice clean and peaceful environment.

  I agree....your better off going somewhere else...the medi clinic across from Safeway in confed is far better...getting through reception is a complete waste of time at this place...rude disrespectful...I wonder what personal development programs are in place for there staff???

  Always busy, but a great teaching hospital. I followed my doctor here when she moved and unfortunately, our last appt we had we didn't even see her because she was so busy. Friendly and personable staff. Downside is the long waits, and not a guarantee that you will see your doctor :(

  Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this clinic. You'll get better service at the medi clinic (and that's saying something!!)

  My doctor moved to West Winds and I was so excited as her staff at her old clinic was ridiculous to deal with. I waited 1.5 months for my son and I to see her. That day comes and we didn't even get to see her. They sent in some student who got pissy and sarcastic with me because I didn't want to take an extremely unnecessary prescription (because she would rather just prescribe a pill than find out what was really wrong).
