    This law firm did not handle my case well at all. The owner CRAIG ZAWADA was rude to me. They screwed up the sale of my rental real estate and I got fined by the CRA because these guys didn't know the law. When I talked to the owner of the firm he was an ass. He yelled at me, his customer, when I asked him to help me make it right. All I wanted them to do was guide me with a response like writing a letter to the CRA To help limit the $2500 fine I got because of their incompetence. All he said was you signed what we wrote for you. I said yes and I paid and trusted that you knew the law and what I signed you wrote. Well you signed it. He said this about 10 times over and over which was demeaning to me. That was his defense. He refused to help. They already got paid for the job. Don't use them for any of your real estate needs. STAY AWAY from them. Karma.
