    1. The waiting time can be a bit ridiculous. You book an appointment for 2:15, show up at 2:00, but you might not get in to see the doctor until 2:45.

    2. My doctor of choice likes to go on vacation for an entire month about every three months. While he does have a recommendation for who to see whole he's away, she doesn't do things in the same way and it can feel very unsatisfying.

    I love Dr. Kim and Carrie! Such great front end staff and top quality massage and chiro.

    Marilyn is the best massage therapist I've ever come across. She is sent from heaven. I recommend her to everyone. She has a real passion for her occupation and it shows! The chiropractors are also great. Mike has a tendency to run late sometimes - I have waited for up to 40 minutes for him.

    My chiropractor is excellent. Everything feels very personal. They ask the right questions and work quickly and efficiently. After being a patient for about 3 months some of the secretaries can identify me on sight for my appointments.
