    If there is a zero, I would not select 1 star for them. For a less than 3 dollar valve issue, they suggested me to replace the whole water heater for 2,750. Also charging 109 diagnose fee for that!

    Expert advice and prompt service. Installers showed up when promised and cleaned up after themselves. A/C works great!

    I could understand those technician sometimes may make the wrong diagnose by chance and I would offer a chance to the company to correct the issue, actually I was expecting at least an apologize for that but what I got is "what he did is right." " What you are calling a plumber for?" I told him that it should not be the way he treated his customers and he does not have a leadership at all.

    See the second picture, actually its a common issue for valves leaking. The water dripping through the valve. My wife told me the technician came in saying the valve and the tank is leaking. There is no way to fix it. The only solution is to replace it.

    Under the help of my colleague. I bought a 2.77 dollar drain valve and fixed it myself on the same day that afternoon. I told it to their manager "Tod", he tried to make a defense for his technician. Saying that replacement is an optional solution. it is your decision on replacing it or not.
