  I've never had a good experience with eb games. Especially the midtown location. They've had 3 strikes with me and now I'm done with them. I pre-order order uncharted 4 special edition cause I wasnt able to get it the first day. They somehow managed to sell my copy and I ended up with the regular edition. And then just today I called and talked to a man named Sean. I asked if they'd trade in my ps4 for the new ps4 pro. I told him my ps4 had an upgraded hard drive. He said ok come in and we will make a trade. After driving across the city he told me they could not take my ps4 cause it didn't have the stock hard drive. Sean proceeds to tell me he doesn't recall telling me they'd take it and refuses to trade my ps4. I told him how I felt and left empty handed.

  Manager is awesome for informing customers and is very respectful.

  Staff is very rude was there to buy Christmas presents but after their rude attitude and acting like I shouldn't even be in there probably because I am a woman I will be taking my business else where.
